• move or rename the Info DB file which is located in the same folder as MPB (If you do, MPB will not be able to access your baby’s birth or ID information or load your baby’s multimedia files).
•move or rename any of the DB files located inside the folder with your baby’s name on it (these files are created for each child you have entered into MPB).
•move or rename the folder with your baby’s name on it unless you also change your baby’s preferred name within MPB. This folder must reside in the same folder as MPB (NOTE: If you change your baby’s preferred name within MPB, the name of this folder MUST also be changed accordingly).
•move or rename the folders containing your baby’s multimedia files without also resetting the location of these folders in the “Special” menu under “Set Folders”.
•move or delete the “About MPB Guide”, or the “MPB Guide” if you plan to utilize Apple Guide support. These files must reside in the same folder as MPB and are activated once the application is launched.

•place your baby’s multimedia folders anywhere you like just as long as you also reset their location in the “Special” menu under “Set Folders”.
•feel free to organize your baby’s multimedia files in any manner your wish. You must only remember to set the folder(s) location(s) in the “Special” menu under “Set Folders” (NOTE: You may place all of your files in one folder. However, you must indicate that folder as the default folder for all three media types; movies, pictures, and sounds.).
•read all of the documentation provided.
